To officially book, I must have a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit.  That holds your date.  Without these two items, the date remains open.  The deposit is non-refundable due to the fact that I am saving that day for you and you only.  The remaining cost is due on the wedding day, or before if you choose.
